Guest strip from Addanac City

George Ford is the mastermind behind the hilarious webcomic, Addanac City, which follows the misadventures of a seven year old boy named Hank. Think Dennis the Menace, but with an edge that would make the slingshot carrying blond haired brat hide for cover.

George has caught me offguard by sending me a surprise Frump webcomic. It is interesting in seeing my creations interpreted through someone else’s eyes. Keeping them the same, yet very different. Almost like a DC Comics style Earth 2.

George took Virgil to a dark place. A place where I have taken Virgil from time to time, but George took him somewhere even I wouldn’t go. Does that make it wrong? Or does that mean Virgil is becoming more real in people’s mind, and others see something in him that I don’t.

Or maybe I’m over thinking it. I’m probably over thinking it. I tend to do that.

The Frumps meet ARG

If you haven’t heard of the webcomic I Am ARG, by Andrew Gregoire, then please do yourself a favor and check it out.

He recently published his first book which covers his first year. As an Indigogo backer, I had the option to “upgrade” to the artist edition which includes a sketch inside the book.

I received my copy today, and was super excited to finally hold a copy of the book in my hand.

Words can’t express the surprise I got when I opened the cover to see the sketch that was drawn for me. :-)

So Andrew, if you see this, THANK YOU! You have no idea how much this made me smile.

And to everyone else, please check out I Am ARG, and his recently opened ARG store where you can purchase a copy of his book.
